Reggie McFadden Biography

Reggie McFadden was born and raised on the rough streets of Brooklyn, New York. Realizing early that he'd better work hard or wind up in the projects, which were directly across the street, he decided to pursue comedy. After paying many dues, Reggie soon became a top favorite in The Big Apple.

His big break surfaced in 1991 when the producers of HBO's "Def Comedy Jam", booked him on their show. He was an instant success.

Upon moving to LA, Reggie landed a role on the FOX network hit show "Martin." Many guest starring roles followed: "Hanging with Mr. Cooper," "Moesha," "Coach and a Gun," (ABC miniseries) to name a few. In 1992, he became the newest member on the FOX hit sketch comedy show "In Living Color."

After the show ended, Reggie starred in the FOX networks, sexually charged, but short lived, office situation comedy "Getting Personal."

Currently, he's recurring as "Officer Burt" on HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm" with Larry David where he plays Larry David's Malibu Neighbor cop. He can also be seen in he Adam Sandler movie "Little Nicky."

Also, on cable, his was the highest rated comedy special running on the network entitled, "Comedy Central Presents-Reggie McFadden."
