Wayne Federman is a Los Angeles based comedian, actor, and writer. Aside from headlining comedy clubs and colleges across the nation, he is a regular performer on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

As an actor he has guest starred on Curb Your Enthusiasm, The X-Files, and The Larry Sanders Show. Most recently he filmed an episode of Fox's Oliver Beene. Movie fans might recognize him from Legally Blonde and will soon see Wayne in A View from the Top (Gwenyth Paltrow), The Third Wheel (Matt Damon/Ben Affleck/Denise Richards) and Dumb and Dumber.

Wayne is also co-authoring the new authorized biography of basketball legend Pete Maravich and served as senior consultant on the Emmy award winning CBS documentary (The Life and Times of Pistol Pete).

Wayne Federman grew up in Plantation, Florida ("where all my friends were retired"). Upon completion of high school he headed north to New York University. There he studied acting with legendary coaches Stella Adler and Lee Strasberg. But it wasn't Strinberg or Ibsen that motivated Wayne, it was New York's comedy club scene and a few years after college Wayne was developing his act at Catch a Rising Star and the Comic Strip.

Television Viewers have seen Wayne on The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborne, Late Fridays, MTV, Premium Blend, HBO's Comedy Showcase, NewsRadio, Living Single, The New Adventures of Robin Hood, Parent Trap 3, and yes, Baywatch.

As a writer Wayne has been published in Sports Illustrated, The Wall Street Journal, and contributed to the official Ronald Reagan biography, Dutch (Edmund Morris). He has written jokes for Politically Incorrect and advertising campaigns for Blue Cross/Blue Shield as well as the Milton Bradley game, Taboo. He has composed speeches for film producers Jerry Bruckheimer and Internet browser inventor Marc Andreessen.
