Whitney Cummings Biography
Whitney Cummings is a Los Angeles-based comedian, actress and writer. As a comedian, she appears regularly on "Chelsea Lately" and recently was seen on "The Tonight Show" and the "Comedy Central Roast of Joan Rivers." Her one-hour stand-up special "Money Shot" will be premiering on Comedy Central. She'll also appear on the Comedy Central Roast of David Hasselhoff and the "Rescue Me" comedy special with Denis Leary on Comedy Central. She wrote, co-executive produced and performed stand-up on the comedy series "Live! Nude! Comedy!" for Showtime, was named one of Variety's "Top 10 Comics to Watch" and was named one of Entertainment Weekly's "Comedy Stars of Tomorrow."
As an actress she recently co-starred in the Sony feature "Made of Honor" with Patrick Dempsey and Fox's "House, M.D." She has also performed on HBO's "Down and Dirty with Jim Norton" after getting her start as a series regular on MTV's "Punk'd."
